Check-In Requirements

A $500 refundable incident fee, per room, will be held on a credit card upon check-in. Cash deposits are not accepted. Any damages or additional services charged to the room will be deducted from the refundable deposit. The deposit is released one business day after check-out.

Modification/Cancellation Policy

Reservations changed or cancelled within 24 hours of booking are not subject to a fee. Modifications or cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $400.00 fee. Modifications or cancellations made within 30 days from arrival will incur a $500.00 fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, you will be considered a No Show. A fee of $1,500.00 reinstatement fee will apply to reinstate the room accommodations as available for booking and cover planned food costs.
